Chungyeol is Associate Director and Senior Statistician at the Partnerships in Prevention Science Institute (PPSI) at Iowa State University. In his role at the Institute he develops statistical research designs for new grant proposals, provides statistical consulting to research scientists, investigates new methodological issues and possible solutions, and works at building, fitting and interpreting the various statistical models for social, behavioral and mental health sciences. He received his doctoral degree in Statistics in 1995 from Iowa State University. Chungyeol’s areas of interest include multi-level longitudinal analyses, experimental designs, and power calculations in statistical modeling. He is also leading the Institute’s data management/analysis unit.
