Catherine Webb began working in the observation unit at The Institute for Social and Behavioral Research in 1995. In 1998 she started working part time on the CaFaY project with the implementation of the SFP 10-14 program. That has evolved into working full time helping with PROSPER field staff, PROSPER teams, and intervention implementation for PPSI.
